The 2026 3rd International Conference on Intelligent Ships and Electromechanical System (ICISES 2026) will be held from December 18 - 20, 2026, in Chongqing, China. The conference aims to provide a high-level, international platform for academic exchange in the fields of intelligent ships and electromechanical systems, bringing together leading scholars, researchers, and industry representatives from around the world to discuss cutting-edge topics such as intelligent ship systems, mechatronics, advanced control, intelligent sensing, autonomous navigation, condition monitoring, green propulsion, and marine equipment.

All papers will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted for indexing by EI Compendex, Scopus and Inspec.
Note: All submitted articles should report original research results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics.
